5. THE ENSIGN PROGRAM

Introduction

Now that you've been introduced to Ensign and our team members, we are going to tell you about the Ensign Program.

Here's a brief description of the concept:

The Ensign Program is a real estate investment program offering selected, qualified investors a limited opportunity to invest into the real estate projects of Ensign Development, L.L.C. as Preferred Members of the Limited Liability Company (L.L.C.). It offers above average, consistent returns, multiple types of projects, and risk abatement programs in a unilateral investment formula.

The Founders of Ensign decided to offer to a limited, "Preferred" group of investors an opportunity to own a piece of each of their development projects.

The Founders realized that having a group of private investors would be more advantageous for them and to the investors.

For the Founders, it gave them faster and lower cost access to financial resources enabling them to buy better and faster which helped them to manage the development schedules more efficiently and be more profitable.

For the Investors, the Founders realized that the true value was higher consistent returns on the investment, ownership in real estate development and the ability to "roll" or compound their investment into multiple projects with the same basic formula.

The Ensign Program offers investors some of the same advantages that the wealthy already utilize in their long-term investment portfolios:
